Regarding complaint number 450947, Leather 3+3+2 sofa was purchased from durian kirti Nagar with 5 year warranty.Leather of sofa has started showing severe damage and quality issues. Refer to enclosed some pictures. There is a leather manufacturing defect. Product is with 5 within years warranty and was purchased 3 years back. Reliability and good quality claimed by Durian is a big question mark. Despite the product being in warranty and manufacturing defect of leather Durian representative expects customer to pay for the low quality leather, transportation etc. Wondering is that what brand Durian Stands for ? Also is that what Durian claims to be a Trusted Brand ? They also claim to have High quality product , Is that what the quality is ? Amit Mittal 981004****
